parking charge was unexpected

For the price we paid, we got great value during our stay at Victor's Residenz. The room was comfortable, with the option to control the heating and open the window. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center, and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The hotel is conveniently located near Frankenthal center. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable bed, good shower water pressure. Great breakfast with a variety of options. Easy car parking.

The town of Frakenthal appeared wonderful, wished he had more time to explore this cute community. The staff at the breakfast and reception were all wonderful and spoke great english-thank you

I ended up with a non-smoking room when I specifically asked for non- smoking and was told I could not be moved because the hotel was fully booked, they did come and spray the room to try and help. Since it was only for one night I suffered through it. It was also very hot in the room, we had no ac so if it is a hot day expect the room to be very uncomfortable. Also the bartender on duty was not a very nice guy, he charged my friend for a terrible glass of wine that she sent back twice, he was not helpful or friendly and made it seem that we were bothering him, this hotel is to nice to have staff like that around.

We loved how close the hotel was to the city square and all the restaurants. The room was very clean and equipped with nice hotel facilities. The parking was easy and convenient. Public transportation was readily accessible from this location.

The location is very near to my meeting place, and it is the best hotel in Frankenthal as recommended by both your website and my colleague in Frankfurt.

The blanket for single room is a bit too small, even for an Asian size person like me.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of options to choose from, including freshly squeezed juice and delicious coffee. We also appreciated the free drink on arrival and the friendly staff. The location was great, close to the city center and easily accessible from the highway.

The parking was quite expensive and not clearly advertised. The noise from the street was also noticeable, even with the complimentary earplugs provided.

Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Autobahn, allowing for easy access to surrounding areas.

Great hotel, centrally located with amazing staff. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wonderful variety of food options. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensure that our stay was enjoyable. We also loved the fitness area, which was an excellent way to work off all the great breakfast food.

The hotel seemed a bit outdated, with some areas showing their age. We also found the high-speed wifi to be slow and not worth the extra cost. While the staff was great, we did find the check-in process to be a bit tedious and time-consuming. though, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally-located option.

The hotel's location is highly convenient. You can easily walk to the city square and it's quite close to the conference center. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean. The breakfast buffet is adequate with a decent variety of options. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the gym is an added bonus.

The lack of air conditioning makes it difficult to sleep during summer months.
